A great man has passed away. Thank you Nelson Mandela for who you were, the work that you did for South Africa and for the world.
Nelson Mandela always stood on the side of the weak and oppressed. He expressed his opinion in demonstrations and in the court room. He fought battles that seemed impossible to win but his dedication to justice is a role model and a reminder to us all.
Let there be justice for all. Let there be peace for all. Let there bet work, bread, water and salt for all. Let each know that for each the body, the mind and the soul have been freed to fulfil themselves – Nelson Mandela
I can recall few humans that have shown the same ability to forgive as Nelson Mandela. He was imprisoned for 27 years and still did not resent the people that have put him there. But not only did he forgive, through his work he helped a whole nation on to the road of forgiveness.
